FundMap — Accessibility Statement
Product: FundMap ("FundMap," the "Service") Provider: Signus Solutions Inc. ("Signus," "we," "us," "our") Effective Date: June 9, 2026 Last Updated: June 9, 2026 Version: 1.0
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Signus Solutions Inc. is committed to ensuring that FundMap is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access and benefit from digital information and tools, and we are continually working to improve the usability and accessibility of our Service for all users, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.
We treat digital accessibility as an ongoing effort and an integral part of how we design, build, and maintain the Service.
2. Conformance Status
2.1. Target standard. We aim to conform, on a substantial-conformance and best-efforts basis, to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
2.2. Current status. FundMap is "partially conformant" with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively identifying and remediating known issues and improving conformance over time.
2.3. Related frameworks. Where applicable to us, we also strive to align with the principles of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and, where relevant, the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549. This Statement does not constitute a representation of full legal compliance with any specific law, and legal obligations vary by jurisdiction.
3. Accessibility Features
We strive to incorporate the following into the Service, recognizing that coverage may vary across pages and features as we continue our work:
- Semantic, structured markup with appropriate headings, landmarks, and reading order to support navigation with assistive technologies.
- Keyboard accessibility so that interactive elements can be reached and operated without a mouse.
- Visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and non-text content where feasible (note that some images, such as automatically retrieved firm logos, are sourced from third parties and may have limited or generic alternative text).
- Color and contrast designed to support readability, with ongoing review against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Resizable text and responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and supports browser zoom without loss of content or functionality where feasible.
- Labeled forms and inputs with associated instructions and error messaging.
- Descriptive link text and page titles to aid orientation.
- Compatibility with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies (such as screen readers).
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may exist. We are aware that the following areas may present accessibility challenges, and we are working to address them:
- Third-party and user-generated content, including firm logos and images, pitch decks, and other uploaded files (for example, PDF or PowerPoint files), may not be fully accessible because they originate from sources outside our control. We do not control the accessibility of documents that users upload or of third-party websites linked from the Service.
- Automatically generated or AI-produced content may not always include complete accessibility metadata.
- Complex data visualizations (such as maps, plots, and charts) may have limited accessibility; where feasible we aim to provide alternative representations of the underlying information.
- Embedded third-party components (such as payment, analytics, or sign-in widgets) are governed by their providers' accessibility practices.
If you encounter content that is not accessible to you, please contact us (Section 6) and we will work to provide the information or functionality in an accessible alternative format where reasonably possible.
5. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, Signus:
- considers accessibility as part of our design and development process;
- works toward WCAG 2.1 AA as a design and quality target;
- reviews and tests pages and components for accessibility on an ongoing basis, including automated checks and manual review;
- aims to remediate identified accessibility barriers within a reasonable timeframe, prioritizing high-impact issues; and
- welcomes and incorporates user feedback to identify and resolve issues.
6. Feedback and Requests for Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of FundMap. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the Service, if you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need any information or functionality provided in an alternative accessible format, please contact us:
Signus Solutions Inc. — Accessibility Email: support@signus.ai
When contacting us, please provide:
- a description of the issue or the assistance you need;
- the web address (URL) or location where you encountered the issue;
- the browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you were using; and
- your preferred contact method and accessible format, if applicable.
Response time. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to respond substantively as promptly as reasonably possible. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority.
7. Formal Complaints / Enforcement Procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may escalate the matter to the Accessibility Lead, Signus Solutions Inc., at support@signus.ai. We will review escalated concerns and respond. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to contact a relevant regulatory or enforcement authority.
8. Assessment Approach
We assess the accessibility of FundMap through a combination of:
- self-evaluation using automated accessibility testing tools; and
- manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader review of key flows.
We currently rely on internal self-evaluation. We may engage an independent third party to conduct a formal accessibility audit; if we do, we will note the date and scope here.
9. Ongoing Effort and Updates
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. Because the Service, web standards, assistive technologies, and applicable laws evolve, we review and update our accessibility practices and this Statement periodically. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we make changes.
10. Disclaimer
While we make good-faith, reasonable efforts to improve and maintain accessibility, we do not warrant or guarantee that the Service, or all content within it, is or will be fully accessible or free of accessibility barriers at all times, particularly with respect to third-party and user-generated content beyond our control. This Statement is provided for informational purposes, describes our goals and ongoing efforts, and does not create any contractual obligation or warranty beyond those required by applicable law. This Statement should be read together with the FundMap Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
